Auction leftover. You won the unit or you manage the facility and the leftover is still there. We take the junk you point to. We do not run the auction.
Overdue unit. Family, a landlord, or the person on the lease needs it empty before lock-out or a final bill. Photos first. We quote the volume we can see.

We work inside the window you give us. Same-day pickup may be available. It is not a guarantee if the facility closes at 6 and the unit is a packed maze.

We cannot take hazardous chemicals, paint, asbestos, medical waste, or certain regulated materials. Storage units hide old paint and mystery jugs. Mention them.

- Text photos. Open the door and shoot the wall of stuff. A second photo of the aisle or elevator helps.
- Get a free quote. How much of our truck’s dump bed the contents fill, plus weight, access, and labor.
- We grab it. We load, haul, and sweep the unit we cleared so you can hand the space back.
Someone with authority to point take versus leave should be available at the start—or send a clear list. After the price is approved, we work. Partial cleanouts are normal. One wall or the whole unit. You set it.
Larger jobs and paying over time
A few boxes is a small trip. A packed 10×20 is not.
Larger jobs can be paid over time through Sunbit, subject to credit approval. Ask about it when you text a photo.
